Strategy
To build a dynamic strategy, we start by working backwards, by digging into the fruit produced by your organization’s goals, then pruning back our findings to reveal what your strategy is working to solve.
These strategies are built in the beginning of our working partnership and require a process for communication and thoughtful review of components at integral stages.
Community monitoring
Your strategy sends your message and resources front and center to your ideal audience—and in this case, we’re typically talking about absentee landowners or outdoor communities. Because we live in a multi-faceted world, we’ll also ensure your messages live beyond the digital space through traditional media and partner ambassadorship. In turn, our goal is to start creating conversations around your message, and community monitoring is a critical aspect of this kind of engagement. We’ll be prepared to deploy predetermined messaging and creative tactics to use to maintain positive sentiment and helpful connections.
Campaign management
For strategy purposes, we build stages of actions to invoke engagement for an amount of time capable of measurement. It’s here that we can test, learn and apply our methods and remain flexible based on response without veering away from course. This measurable amount of time is what we’ll refer to as the campaign.
In building ambassadorships and fielding ways your networks can support the initiatives, we’ll work together to design presentations and designs that can be used to your advantage as you meet with stakeholders to speak about the campaign.
Investment
The final portion of your strategy includes a predicted return on investment calculated based on factors like available campaign budget, timeline, and industry averages depending on the tactics we chose for your strategy. In addition to your campaign budget, or the funds applied directly to the campaign, other costs incurred will be agreed upon in advance and our partnership will be based on a single retainer. This retainer includes minimal administrative costs and the projected hourly costs to be incurred.
Roll Up
Once the campaign is complete, we’ll develop a final report to use as a case study in determining next steps for your outreach efforts. This report will include the campaign’s overall success, the number of individuals you reached and the outcome of those initial connections, whether they turn into site visits, cost-share opportunity sign ups or feed into your organizations ultimate goal.
